Our specialist nutritionist Clare Goldfinch is based in Brighton and Hove and works with you one to one in person or by Skype or Zoom to design a healthy eating plan you can implement without spending hours grocery shopping or in the kitchen cooking meals.

We work with a team of highly qualified and experienced personal trainers who will find the right exercise programme to suit you and your schedule. With easy exercises for you to practise at home if you wish and suggestions for other activities to try out to see what takes your fancy.

We use an intelligent eating system personalised for you to help you radically change the relationship you have with food and how and when you eat. We help you to successfully adapt what you eat and how you exercise in a simple and completely manageable way. We create a long term, sustainable, healthier lifestyle for you with a varied and balanced diet and a more positive outlook on life. You will feel more energised, revitalised, boost your immune system and lose any unwanted body fat as you rebalance your body!

Clare Goldfinch is a specialist nutritionist in Brighton and Hove offering you one to one nutrition consultations at The Healthy Body Happy Mind Project clinic based in Hove or in the comfort of your home up to one hour’s drive from Brighton and Hove.

Clare also offers online nutrition consultations by Skype and Zoom call and works with a wide range of clients giving nutritional advice and support to aid weight loss as well as specialisied nutrition programmes. Working with people from all walks of life from pregnant mums, newborn babies, athletes, right through to people in their nineties, Clare’s oldest patient to date is 97 years young! It’s never too late to create your new healthy habits!
