The Healthy Body Happy Mind Project

Health & Wellbeing Charity

The Healthy Body Happy Mind Project health and wellbeing charity helps people who are unable to afford their treatment as they are on a low income, off sick or undergoing cancer treatment. We offer one to one nutrition consultations as well as a range of alternative therapies from highly qualified and experienced therapists who are all fully insured. We organise various healthy living programmes to inform and inspire people to live a healthier, happier lifestyle and avoid potential illness.

We run regular practical workshops and courses on all aspects of healthy living and want to spread the word about positive lifestyle changes and the major impact these can have on your life. We support people in their weight loss journey and help them to create a long term, sustainable, healthy lifestyle to enjoy life to the maximum!

My belief in this project is so strong that I sold my house in 2017 to help fund the start up costs of the charity. To find out more about our latest fundraising events click here ….

Through our healthy living blog and informative website,  our health and wellness show on Business Radio and our healthy living YouTube channel, we aim to reach people who want to live a healthier, happier, more active lifestyle. Healthy is the new happy!
