At the Healthy Body Happy Mind Project we are passionate about nutrition and healthy living. Our specialist nutritionist Clare Goldfinch is based in Shoreham and Brighton and Hove and works with you one to one in person or by Skype or Zoom to design a healthy eating plan you can implement without spending hours grocery shopping or in the kitchen cooking meals.
We work with a team of highly qualified and experienced personal trainers who will find the right exercise programme to suit you and your schedule. With easy exercises for you to practise at home if you wish and suggestions for other activities to try out to see what takes your fancy.
We use an intelligent eating system personalised for you to help you radically change the relationship you have with food and how and when you eat. We help you to successfully adapt what you eat and how you exercise in a simple and completely manageable way. We create a long term, sustainable, healthier lifestyle for you with a varied and balanced diet and a more positive outlook on life.
