Vegan Plant Based Protein Bliss Balls Making Workshop

I’m a qualified nutritionist & professionally trained chef. I’m really passionate about nutrition & cooking healthy delicious food! In this workshop you will learn how to make a wide variety of plant based protein bliss balls & experiment with the perfect combination of ingredients to suit your personal taste. Bliss balls are full of protein and vitamins and minerals and they’re really quick to prepare & will store well in the fridge for up to a week or in the freezer for 3 months. You will easily be able to whip up a batch of sweet or savoury bliss balls to eat for breakfast, as a snack or for dessert.

We will have lots of fun making a variety of different kinds of bliss balls for you to try and make some to take home with you at the end of the workshop. Bliss balls taste yummy with fresh fruit, nuts and seeds or homemade nut butters. You will be given a range of recipes for you to try out once you get back home too. During the workshop we will also sample a variety of herbal teas, freshly ground coffee and fruit infused waters so you can choose the perfect combination of beverage and bliss balls! Bliss balls are full of energy and protein as well as vitamins and minerals. They are easy to carry round with you for a healthy snack during the day or for breakfast or dessert.

What else you should know?

We will give you detailed handouts to make your own bliss balls & infused water once you’re back at home. During the workshop we will make & sample a variety of bliss balls so you can choose your favourites to make and take home with you!

We are unable to offer refunds as we buy the ingredients for the event in advance for you to use. All proceeds from our workshops go towards funding treatments for people recovering from cancer and long term illness. We can transfer the ticket to another person or for another date to suit you or give you a voucher valid for 12 months so you can re book at your convenience.

No prior cooking experience needed. Bring your sense of humour and your taste buds all ready to try out yummy new flavours and textures! Children are allowed to take part from the age of 10 years old upwards when they are accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 years old or older.
